Toadstools securely stores your data in information systems that are in cloud environments, but are managed by us, using policies and procedures based on the ISO 27001 standard. Customer Personal Data shall include "personal information" (as that term is defined under CCPA) that is processed through the Software on behalf of Customer and/or iDempiere groups. Toadstools is a "service provider" as defined in CCPA. For international instruments eg. the invalidated EU-U.S. and Switzerland-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks or Binding Corporate Rules under Articles of EU GDPR.
